mixed feelings about this hotel

the breakfast selection had many options.
The room i stayed in was not well-kept. there was mold in the bathroom, and the cleanliness was subpar. I noticed the floor was not properly cleaned (i even found a previous guest's sock under the bed). the pool also had strange rules, requiring swimming caps even for men, and the water was very cold.

My room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet had excellent variety. I found the complimentary shuttle service to the city center very convenient. It made getting around much easier. The reception staff were particularly helpful with directions.
I noticed some signs of wear in the bathroom. The shower walls had mold. Otherwise, my stay was great.

Staff members were attentive and efficient, always ready to assist with any inquiries. I requested extra towels, and they were delivered promptly. I especially appreciated the quick resolution of a minor issue with my room's lighting.

the breakfast had a nice variety. i liked the outside view from the window. i could see the bosphorus river. the beds are large. they are also comfy.
the pool needed cleaning. it was not clean in the kids area. a child in our group contracted a foot and mouth disease. i think the pool was the source. i never smelled chlorine there.
